1. Services

9ra3Tech provides web development services including landing pages, full-stack websites, SaaS applications, and physical tech products. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

2. Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• For services: full payment is required before work begins
• For physical products: payment is required before shipping
• Stripe processing fees are included in the listed price

3. Service Delivery

• Landing Page: delivered within 3-5 business days
• Full-Stack Website: delivered within 2-4 weeks
• SaaS Application: delivered within 4-8 weeks
• Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness

4. Revisions

Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately at an agreed-upon rate.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all code and deliverables become the property of the client. 9ra3Tech retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Email & Domain Services

Email subscription and domain name services included in packages are provided for the first year. Renewal fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.

7. Physical Products

Physical products are shipped worldwide. Shipping times vary by location. 9ra3Tech is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

9ra3Tech's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
