Refund Policy

1. Digital Services (Web Development)

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any development work has started, you are entitled to a full refund.

During Development

If you cancel during the development process:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund
  • Before first milestone delivery: 75% refund
  • After first milestone delivery: 50% refund
  • After final delivery: No refund (revisions available)

Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer up to 2 free revision rounds. If the work still does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Physical Products (Key Empreinte)

  • Before shipping: Full refund
  • After delivery: Return within 14 days for a full refund (product must be unused and in original condition)
  • Defective products: Free replacement or full refund at any time within warranty period
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective

3. Email & Domain Services

Email subscription and domain name fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered or the email service has been activated, as these involve third-party costs.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact form with your invoice number and reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (card via Stripe). Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
